Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was outstanding! The Opera Suite on the 56th floor was massive and luxurious, with stunning interior design and a jaw-dropping bathroom. However, the rooms appeared smaller than they actually were. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff providing impeccable service. The location was very convenient, although some areas needed cleaning. The dining experience was delightful, offering a rich variety of dishes. The facilities were exceptional overall.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a second bedroom and walk-in closet, ideal for business meetings and accommodating tour groups. While the furniture is a bit worn, it doesn't take away from the comfort. However, there were some challenges with the air conditioning and language barriers in service.
The hotel rooms should have sitting corners and be 58m² not 53m² as advertised. The rooms were good, clean, and the bed was comfortable, but there was a discrepancy with the room size as per the brochure.
The hotel offers fabulous modern and trendy rooms well worth the £60 price tag. The Opera Suite on the 56th floor is exceptionally spacious and luxurious, with stunning views of the city and mountains. However, the service was lacking in friendliness and efficiency, and the location could be unnerving at night due to nearby alleyways.
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms with a great view, although the delivery of food can be slow at times. The service was professional and attentive, but there were some issues with room booking. The location is convenient but can feel unnerving at night due to nearby alleys. The dining experience, while satisfying, lacked variety in the buffet.
